Gina Helmold

Gina Helmold is Head of Capital Deployment and in the Benelux responsible for ensuring all leasing and re-leasing of existing and future developments, as well as identifying development and investment opportunities in new and existing local markets.

Helmold contributes to furthering growth of European operations, acting as a professional business partner for corporate clients, internal stakeholders and external partners. She provides service, advice and strategies to optimize marketing and expansion activities. Helmold builds relationships with new key accounts and customers. She represents Prologis at various social events, professional fairs and conferences while working closely with project management, property management and finance, both locally and internationally. In addition, she works with local governments to bring larger awareness to the company and its assets.

Helmold joined Prologis as a market officer management trainee, working with different departments, including property management, legal, finance, development, fund management and acquisitions, investment services, project management and marketing. As part of this program, she worked on assignments in different countries within Northern Europe.

Helmold is fluent in German and English. She holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate management from Nürtingen-Geislingen University in Germany.
