Antwerp, Belgium – Prologis announces the addition of two key members to its Belgium team, further bolstering its commitment to customers and innovation in the region. Jonas De Lannoy and Raf de Blay join the team, each bringing a wealth of expertise to the company’s growth trajectory in Belgium.
Jonas De Lannoy joins Prologis as the new Director Capital Deployment & Leasing for Belgium. In addition to focusing on leasing and capital deployment initiatives across Belgium, he will be strategically located near our Belgian customers, ensuring easy access and fostering close partnerships in delivering our solutions. Bringing over 15 years of industry experience to the role, Jonas's extensive background includes positions at DHL Freight, CBRE, and the Belgian real estate developer Heylen Group. His commitment to placing customer needs at the forefront will be a valuable asset in his directorship at Prologis.
Raf de Blay steps into the role of Development Manager for Belgium. His primary focus will be managing ESG-compliant (re-)development activities for land and building developments, including entitlement, budgeting, design management, and construction of speculative/build-to-suit projects. He will play a pivotal role in advancing development schemes, as well as strengthening Prologis's local presence in Belgium. Raf brings extensive experience from his previous roles as a Project Developer at FUTURN and Aura Estates, specializing in commercial and residential developments across Flanders.
